1 tablespoon garam masala powder
1 1/4 cup gram flour (besan)
2 teaspoon garlic flakes
3 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilli
salt as required
16 drumstick
1 1/2 teaspoon coriander leaves
5 slices bread slices
2 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 cup bread crumbs
Step 1 Boil the drumsticks
Boil the drumsticks properly and scrap out the inner portion with the help of a spoon. Cool and grind in a mixer.
Step 2 Fry the ginger and garlic
In the next step, heat the frying pan with one tablespoons of oil and add the chopped ginger, garlic, chillies and onions. Stir the mixture well
Step 3 Mix in rest of the ingredients
Now add the drumstick pulp, salt and garam masala to the mixture. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves on the mixture and stir till the onions turn brown. Mix the gram flour, bread crumbs and mix all the ingredients into a lump. Make smaller cutlets out of the mixture and roll it in the breadcrumb. Chill for 10 minutes and then re- roll it again the mixture.
Step 4 Deep fry and enjoy
Deepfry it in the hot oil till the cutlets turn golden brown and serve it hot with green chutney.
